A Malaysian-based businessman, Prince Okoro Nkemakolam, is demanding $200,000 in damages against the Nigeria Police Force, NPF and others for declaring him wanted in a case still pending before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Prince Nkemakolam is also seeking an order of court directing the Police to remove the publications made by them on all media platforms and to tender public apology to him in three national dailies.
