Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori has once again reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to provide quality infrastructural development in rural communities.
The Governor stated this Tuesday, during the inspection of ongoing road projects in Ugbolu-Okpanam and Oko areas of Oshimili North Local government area.
The Ugbolu-Okpanam Road is a 12.12 kilometre-project, designed with 7.7 metre wide concrete drains on both sides, with an overall 8-metre main carriageway.
The ongoing road project according to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori will be completed by December 2026.
The Governor also inspected the phase 2 of Oko-Anala, Oko-Ogbele and Oko-Odifili road projects, where he urged the contractors to deliver quality work and timely completion.
Impressed with the level of progress on the road projects, the Governor assured Delta State residents that his administration will continue to extend infrastructural development to rural communities across the state.
