As the count down to the 2023 general elections begins, Nigerians who have not collected their permanent voter’s cards PVC are being admonished to do so as soon as the independent national electoral commission, INEC, commences issuance.
The admonition was made in Warri, Delta State during a PVC Sensitization rally organized by a coalition of civil society groups.
It was a sensitization rally that had in attendance youths and some civil society organizations.
They walked through major roads and streets of densely populated areas in Warri metropolis.
Their primary message was to encourage all who have registered for the PVC to visit INEC centres for collection when the exercise begins.

According to them, the 2023 general election, is another opportunity for Nigerians to right the wrongs and vote wisely.
A handful of the elderly also participated in the PVC Sensitization rally.
