Niger State Government has banned all forms of processions across the state, as Nigeria celebrates Democracy Day.
Governor Abubakar Bello in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Ahmad Matane said the banning is part of measures to ensure the security of the people at times like this.
The statement added that, security operatives have been directed to ensure full enforcement of the ban.

It further said, any person or group or organizations that violate the order, will face the wrath of the law.
