The Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe, has tasked citizens in the state to ensure they get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC ) to enable them to exercise their civic rights in the 2023 general elections.
The speaker in a statement by his Press Secretary, Jibrin Gwamna describes the day as unique and historic in the journey of the nation and worth celebrating.
The speaker felicitated with President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Abdullahi Sule and the entire citizens on this year’s democracy day celebration and advised the people, especially those without Permanent Voters Card (PVC) to ensure that they get considering its benefits in the democratic dispensation.

Balarabe assured the citizens that the Sixth Nasarawa State House of Assembly under his watch will continue to do its best in ensuring that the much needed dividends of democracy is provided to the people.
He hailed and acknowledged the giant contributions of the nation’s founding fathers adding that their efforts will never go in vain.
Balarabe called on citizens to keep hope alive, support government and leaders at all levels to succeed and continue to pray for the nation to overcome its security and other challenges for the benefit of all.
