Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has assured residents that no property will be demolished and no citizen displaced without fair and adequate compensation.
The Governor gave the assurance during the presentation of compensation cheques to 189 households affected by ongoing road construction projects in the state.
On September 12, 2025, Governor Uba Sani flagged off major road projects in Rigasa Township and other parts of Kaduna State as part of efforts to improve connectivity and urban infrastructure.
However, construction was temporarily stalled due to issues involving affected houses, water pipelines and telecommunications lines along the project corridor.
