Professor Mimiko maintained that true federalism is the answer.

Public Affairs Officer of the United States Consulate, Lagos Stephen Ibeli described the Fulbright Alumni Association in Nigeria as the flagship in education through the sponsorship of the US government in the last 62 years

Chairman of the Conference and Vice Chancellor , University of Uyo, Professor Nyaudoh Ndaeyo urged other Alumni Assoociations to borrow a leaf from Fulbright Alumni Association.Ndaeyo commended the US Consulate in Lagos for its support to the University of Uyo.
