The Dodo of Wawa in Borgu Kingdom, of Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State, Dr Ahmad Mahmud, has regained freedom from his abductors.
The abductors released the District Head on Friday night.
Dr Ahmad Mahmud, it was gathered has reunited with his family.

A resident of the community said he was not sure if ransom was paid before the traditional ruler was released.
Dr Ahmad Mahmud was abducted by bandits in his palace a few days ago.
