Donald Trump, 3 Sons To Be In Court Over Alleged Fraud Lawsuit

Former United States President, Donald Trump and three of his children, who have not been named, will soon be charged to court for alleged fraud lawsuit.

The Attorney General of New York, Letita James says the suit follows investigation into the Trump family business, and the allegations are that the Trump Organization committed “numerous” acts of fraud from 2011, up to when Trump left the presidency.

The top law officer for the state is asking a court to bar Mr Trump and his children from serving as officers or directors in any New York business.

The Trump Organization has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, even though its Chief Financial officer was only recently charged for fraud, and agreed to turn state witness
