Kano Government House, and its environs were thrown into frenzy on Friday morning as the newly reinstated Emir, Muhammadu Sanusi the second stormed the seat of power for his Reinstatement letter, and Staff of office
The atmosphere at the government house was an open theatre for Palace guards, and well wishers that engaged in colourful display of dancing skill hitherto known to Kano civilisation.
The Africa House where the historic event currently ongoing is filled to capacity, as security agents try to handle the crowd pushing to make their way into the hall.

The emir entered Kano at about 4am on Friday and at 11: 40am, he arrived at the Africa House in Government House where he would be presented with his letter of appointment and staff of office.
