The Department of State Security Services, DSS, has paraded 32 years old Kabiru Mohammed from Kano state for allegedly creating fake videos depicting the marriage of President Muhammadu Buhari to the ministers of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed and counterpart in the ministry of humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development, Sadiya Umar Farouk.
Addressing a news conference in Abuja, the nation’s capital this Friday, the spokesperson for DSS, Peter Afunaya warned against the spread of fake news, saying the service remains committed to the peace and stability of Nigeria.

He added that the served acted on a formal complaint by the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning the video of the purported marriage of President Buhari to the minister of humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development, Sadiya Umar Farouk went viral in October 2019.
