Following Justice Obiora Egwatu of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court who ordered the Department of State Security Services, DSS, to produce the twelve persons that were arrested at the residence of self acclaimed Yoruba agitator, Sunday Igboho, the DSS has produced a few of the applicants on Monday.

The order followed the refusal of the DSS to obey the court order, issued by Justice Egwuatu on July 23, mandating the service to produced the applicants in court and show cause why the twelve persons should not be admitted to bail.

Justice Egwuatu also ordered the service to allow the counsel for the applicants access to their clients before the next adjourned date.
So far, eight out of the twelve detainees have been produced in court.
The twelve detainees who are applicants in the matter were arrested on July 1, at the residence of the Yoruba agitator, Sunday Igboho, when his residence in Ibadan, was invaded by the DSS.
