Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa state has enjoined Nigerians and Christians who truly believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ to continue to practice true love and sacrifice for one another for the greater good of the state and country.

Speaking at this year’s Easter Cantata service, organized by the state government to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Governor Diri also wants political leaders in the state to know at all times that they were in political positions to serve humanity and not to destroy.
He said his desire was to see that Bayelsa state was united, stable, and developed.
