The campaign convoy of the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in Ebonyi State, Professor Benard Odoh has again come under gunmen attack, late thursday night.
A yet to be identified aide said to be driving the vehicle which the APGA candidate was in, was killed by bullets while two others suffered critical bullet injuries.
Professor Odoh’s campaign team was returning from Ezzagu, in Ishielu Local Government Area of the State, when his convoy ran into an ambush at Ntezi Community Primary School, along the Isu – Agba road.
A viral video obtained by ait.live showed scene of heavy gunshots, as people scampered for safety.

Odoh told Newsmen in Abakaliki that the latest attack on him, is the seventh assassination attempt on his life since September 2022.
The Police in Ebonyi State is yet to react to the development.
