Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has relieved Fred Itua of his duties as Chief Press Secretary with immediate effect.
In his place, the governor has appointed Patrick Akhere Ebojele as the new Chief Press Secretary.
The announcement was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Musa Ikhilor.
According to the statement, the appointment underscores the administration’s commitment to strengthening communication channels between the government and the people of Edo State, ensuring clarity, transparency, and effective dissemination of government policies, programmes, and activities.
