Edo State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Anthony Aizegbemi has lauded the verdict of the Supreme Court of Nigeria which dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress, APC and a party chieftain Edobor Williams against the victory of Governor Godwin Obaseki in the September 19 Governorship polls.

Addressing journalists in the government house in Benin City, the party chairman said the verdict has proven beyond doubts that Governor, Godwin Obaseki went to the polls with all that was necessary to contest the election.
He said with the victory at the Supreme Court, Obaseki is poised more than ever to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
