Edo State Police Command has recorded a huge break-through in the disappearance and murder of a young lawyer Osobase Omon- Iyioha with the arrest of six suspects.
The lawyer was declared missing on the ninth of May 2020 after settling a dispute amongst some youths at the aduwawa axis of ikpoba okha in Benin City.
The search for the barrister then started on the ninth of May after he had the altercation, all attempts to locate him were unsuccessful.
This prompted an emergency meeting by the Edo state chapter of the Nigeria Bar Association and civil society members ten days after his disappearance and the subsequent arrest of the prime suspect Osasu Osadolor.
On Tuesday second of June, the prime suspect after confessing to the abduction and murder of Osobase led men of the anti kidnapping and cyber crimes unit of the police command to a site near his house where the young lawyer was buried in a shallow grave.
Police public relations officer Chidi Nwabuzor after supervising the exhumation of the decomposed body of the lawyer describes the action of the prime suspect and his gang members as callous and barbaric.
The Edo state NBA in an emergency meeting again this Wednesday third of June expressed anger over the gruesome murder of the young lawyer while calling for justice.

There is however high expectations from indigenes of Edo state that the law will surely take its course.
