The Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, has arraigned Ismail Mustapha aka Mompha before a Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos over alleged cyber fraud and money laundering.
Mompha, who is facing a 14 count charge, was arraigned before Justice Mohammed Lima on Monday.
Justice Lima adjourned till Friday, November 29, 2019, for hearing on bail application and trial.
Mompha, who was brought to the Federal High Court Ikoyi by the EFCC operatives, will be remanded at nearby Ikoyi prison till his case comes up on Friday.
