Ahead of the 2024 Eid-El-Kabir celebration, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kwara State Command has deployed a total of 1,277 officers amongst other logistics arrangement to ease both human and vehicular movement during the period.
The Sector Commander in charge of the command, Stephen Dawulung disclosed this while briefing Journalists in Ilorin, the kwara state capital, where he noted that Special Patrol Operation has been activated to facilitate the process.

The Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps Kwara State, Stephen Dawulung said the focus of the Special Eid-El-Kabir Patrol Operation will focus more on prompt and timely clearance of obstruction and traffic control.
Dawulung who touched on challenges faced by the agency in recent times, said the command is working hard to check road hazards.
The Special Patrol Operation which commenced Friday is expected to run to end of the month.
