The Ekiti State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, has expressed concerns over the inability of the All Progressives Congress in the state to address challenges faced by residents.
The party expressed the concerns in the state capital Ado Ekiti on Saturday while also condemning the action of former governor Ayo Fayose who recently openly endorsed the sitting governor for a second term despite being a member of the PDP .
The chairman of the caretaker committee of the party in the state, Adeleke Dare, said this while addressing journalists in Ado Ekiti, the state capital.

Adeleke also bemoaned the inability of the APC led government in the state to curb insecurity and transform the state’s economy.
In their separate reactions to the PDP remarks on the performance of the APC in ekiti state, some stakeholders in APC say, so far, the party has substantially fulfilled it’s electoral promises.
The PDP has not held its state congress over the years due to internal wranglings that has polarised the party into factions.
