Stranded commuters in Ado Ekiti have appealed to the Ekiti state government to help ease the challenges usually associated with transportation in the state particularly during the yuletide.
They made the appeal on Thursday while speaking with AIT news in Ado Ekiti.

Passengers were seen rushing to gain access to the few available vehicles in the various parks.
Some of the motorists however told AIT that the hike in fare was as a result of the delay of some of their members who are currently trapped in Lagos, a development some motorists back home in Ekiti have explored to increase fare on the Ekiti- Lagos route.
Some of the passengers who were mostly students confirmed to have spent about thirty hours struggling to travel.
