Three All Progressives Congress, APC Governors joined their
Cross River State counterpart, Ben Ayade in Okpoma for the party’s campaign grand finale ahead of Saturday’s Ogoja-Yala Federal Constituency bye-election. They are Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Muhammadu Badaru of Jigawa State and Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State.
They spoke glowly of Ayade and the reason the APC should continue with the leadership of Cross River State.
The Governors said President Muhammadu Buhari has the interest of the Government and People of Cross River State at heart with plsns to hook up more communities in the area to the national grid.
Ayade who spoke differently at the round-up rally said the coming of the three Governors was to show the people of Cross River that Governor Ayade is recognised nationally.
