Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-rufai has called for the decentralisation of the Judicial system in the country describing its wheels as slow and not in tune with the urgency of the security situation in the country.
He was speaking at the national security summit in Kaduna. The Governor also called on the security Agents to take the war to the camps of elements working against the peace of the country as according to him they have lost their right to life.
