A coalition of INEC-accredited observer groups has asked the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to review the March 18 Kano State Governorship Election, which returned Abba Kabir of the NNPP as the winner.
Friday Maduka, leader of the coalition, made the call at a press conference held at the NUJ Press Center Kano.

The group condemned the post-election violence that befell the state after the declaration of the winner and called on the security agencies in the state to investigate the incident.
