Following the limitations in the power sector, which continue to constrain Nigeria’s growth, the Federal Government is now drawing up strategies to ensure that electricity supply, constantly improves in the country.
The Minister of State for Power, Goddy Agba, said this during a four-day retreat, organised by the Nigeria Electricity Liability Management Agency, held in Kano.
The Nigeria Electricity Liability Management Agency was created by the Federal Government of Nigeria, and saddled with the responsibility of managing the liabilities and non-core assets of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN.

During the retreat, the Minister of State for Power, Goddy Agba, said the Federal Government is now drawing up strategies, to ensure that the electricity supply improves in the nation.
The retreat, with a theme, “Repositioning NELMCO For Greater Efficiency In Achieving Its Mandate,” was aimed at boosting morale and enhancing the capability of staff and management, geared towards service delivery.
