About eleven persons have been kidnapped and properties worth millions of naira carted away by hoodlums at Tungamaje, a suburb in Gwagwalada Area Council of Abuja, the nation’s capital.
Narrating their ordeal to AIT, the residents say hoodlums who were over thirty in number invaded the town in a gestapo style.
As at the time of filing this report, about 5 of the kidnapped victims mostly elderly persons and pregnant women who could not travel with the kidnappers to their den had been released.

According to the residents, invasion and mass kidnapping have become a regular occurrence in the community.
