Nigeria would not tolerate any foreign interference by any country looking to destabilize the nation through the violence being generated from the ongoing nationwide #EndBadGoverance protest.
Minister of foreign affairs Yusuf Tuggar and other security chiefs gave the warning at a briefing held at the ministry of foreign affairs in Abuja.
Ambassadors of various countries who came together expressed concerns about the impact of the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protest is having on their operations within the country.

The minister of foreign affairs Yusuf Tuggar and his counterpart in the ministry of information Mohammad Malagi assured them of President Tinubu’s policies on fuel subsidy, foreign exchange, education loans among other reforms to tackle the economic hardship. The minister also cautioned against any international manipulation of the demonstrations.
While Fielding questions from various ambassadors, the spokesman for the Department of state services (DSS) Peter Afunaya who spoke about the reports of Russian flags being displayed by some protesters further cautioned against any potential sponsors of violence.
The federal government further appealed to Nigerians for patience and urged them to key into new reforms such as the CNG initiative, Local government autonomy, consumer credit scheme, Nigeria Youth Investment Fund and several others to mitigate the growing socioeconomic challenges.
