Liverpool winger, Mohamed Salah on Sunday made history after his team’s Premier League 6-3 win over Tottenham Hotspur.
Salah scored a brace as Liverpool defeated Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
His brace against Tottenham means the Egyptian is now the first player in Premier League history to reach double figures for goals and assists before Christmas.
Salah now has 18 goals and 14 assists in all competitions this season for Liverpool.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur captain, Son Heung-min has given reasons why Liverpool are currently top of the Premier League table.
The South Korean forward who was unable to help Tottenham avoid defeat against Liverpool on Sunday in the Premier. League said
the Arne Slot’s team are top of the Premier League table because of the quality of players and discipline in their current squad.
The result leaves Liverpool on top of the Premier League table with 39 points from 16 matches, while Tottenham dropped to 11th position with 23 points from 17 matches.
