Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah has promised to intensify efforts towards delivering inclusive governance in 2025.
The Governor made this public during a special church service held at the Government House Chapel on Monday to mark the start of the new year.
The church service, a cherished tradition on the first working day of every New Year in the state, brought together top government officials and members of the state workforce for a spiritual exercise to usher in 2025.
Governor Mbah used the opportunity to reflect on successes achieved by his administration in 2024, attributing them to the unwavering support, prayers, and dedication of the people of Enugu.

He said the best way for him to show appreciation is to redouble efforts at transforming the state into a premier destination for investment, tourism, and living.
Delivering the homily, Father Donatius Onuigbo called on Nigerian leaders to adopt a mindset of positive thinking and being reasonable as the nation moves into 2025.
