The National Coordinator, Nigeria Covid-19 Research Coalition, (NCRC) Dr. Chinwe Ochu has renewed his call on the need for Nigeria to increase funding I’m research efforts in the fight against covid-19 pandemic.
He made the call on Monday at the 2022 Nigeria Covid-19 Research Coalition Colloquium in Abuja.
Key players in the research and development sector who attended the event said it has become imperative for both government and private organizations to commit more funding into Covid-19 research in Nigeria.
The focus of the Nigeria Covid-19 Research Coalition Colloquium is on the gains, losses and lessons in the country’s Covid-19 research two years after.
