Drama played out on Thursday at the Premises of the Central Bank in the Plateau State capital Jos during the inspection and distribution of election materials ahead of Saturday’s re-run election in Plateau North after it was discovered that the People’s Democratic Party is not on the ballot paper

The development led to a walk out by the PDP members with the Inter Party Advisory Council IPAC insisting the election will not hold untill all Political parties are included

INEC National Commissioner in charge of North Central blamed the situation, which became confrontational, on recent judicial developments

Things later became confrontational as the Inter-party advisory Council, the body for all political parties in the state announced it’s withdrawal from Saturday’s rerun
