‎FCT Police Command Gets New CP, Ajao Saka Adewale

‎The new Commissioner of Police for the FCT Command, Ajao Saka Adewale on Thursday assumed office as the 33rd Commissioner of Police in charge of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command.
‎
‎Ajao S. Adewale officially took over the leadership of the Command from Olatunji Disu, who has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General Of Police (AIG).
‎
‎Ajao, a law enforcement officer with career spanning over 30 years, is expected to bring his wealth of experience, professionalism, and dedication to his new role.
‎
‎Born on November 28, 1968, in Boripe LGA of Osun State, Adewale enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force on June 10, 1994, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography Education from the University of Ilorin.
‎
‎Upon his enlistment, Ajao underwent training at the prestigious Nigeria Police Academy, now in Wudil, Kano, before beginning his policing career at ‘D’ Divisional Headquarters, Oyo State Command. Since then, he has served in various capacities across different formations.
