The Federal Executive Council, FEC, has approved a variation of over 47 billion naira for the completion of the 52-kilometre section of the Oyo-Ogbomosho highway.
The FEC also approved over nine billion naira variation to complete the Lokko-Oweto bridge that links Nasarawa and Benue States.
These were some of contracts that were awarded at the weekly FEC chaired by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The Council further approved over 30 billion naira for the full-scale development of Arterial road from Northern parkway Shehu Musa Yar’adua way to Northern Expressway in Abuja.

Governors of the South West region also appealed to the Federal government to support Lagos State to restore damaged facilities during the END SARS protests.
