The Federal High Court has awarded the sum 2 million naira to Odili’s counsel, against the Nigerian Immigration Service for absence in court twice.
The Court ordered the Attorney General of the federation to take disciplinary measures against the counsel of the immigration service J Adamu for his absence in court twice.

The court also ordered that the counsel for immigration be present in court on the next adjourned date to show course why the court should not make further orders against him.
