President Muhammadu Buhari has reaffirmed the commitment of his administration to provide more befitting and decent accommodation to the citizenry.

The President said this during the commissioning of 76 units of the new National Housing Project, in Kano State, North-West Nigeria.
President Buhari, represented by the Minister of Defence, Major-General Bashir Magashi (Rtd), said the project is a clear testimony of the fulfilment of the campaign promises, geared towards uplifting the well-being, of the general populace.

Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, represented by the Director of Building, said the Buhari’s administration had provided similar projects in 34 states, with the support of state governments who provided the land.
