The All Progressives Congress, APC and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ondo State, South-West Nigeria are trading words over alleged diversion of Federal Government’s palliative meant for the people.
PDP alleges that the FG palliatives were yet to be shared among the people of the state after several weeks of delivery.
In a statement by its Director of Media and Publicity, Leye Igbabo, the PDP claims that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa was trying to repackage and rebrand the palliatives to promote his Governorship campaign ahead of November polls.

However, while reacting, the APC says that all the food palliatives the state received from the Federal Government have been distributed to the 203 wards in the state.
