Nigeria’s men’s basketball team is through to the quarterfinals of the 2025 FIBA AfroBasket, following a thrilling 101–92 win over Cameroon.
The 2015 champions dominated early, taking a strong lead with 28 points in the first quarter, and extending it with 32 and 26 points in the second and third quarters.
Cameroon fought back in the fourth, outscoring Nigeria 37–15, but it wasn’t enough to stop the D’Tigers from sealing the win.
