The new Commandant of Training and Doctrines Command, TRADOC, in Minna, Niger State, Major-General Olugbenga Olabinji, has called on the people of the state to continue to partner with the military in the fight against banditry and kidnapping.

Major-General Olugbenga Olaniyi made the call, while on a visit to the Niger State Governor Abubakar Bello in Minna.

The new commander noted with satisfaction, that the successes recorded so far in the fight against banditry is not unconnected with the information that has emanated from the people.
Major-General Olugbenga, also informed the governor, that the collaboration between the Nigerian Army and the other security agencies in the state will continue to yield the desired result.
Governor Abubakar Bello who spoke through his Deputy, Ahmad Ketso, expressed satisfaction with the drastic reduction of the activities of banditry by gunmen across the state.
Governor Abubakar Bello assured Major-General Olugbenga Olabinji of his administration’s support and cooperation, at all times.
