Goods worth several millions of Naira have been destroyed by fire at the auto spare parts market on Benin Street in Kaduna.
The traders who are now counting their losses are calling on the government to come to their aid.
The fire which gutted the popular auto spare parts market started in the early hours of Friday and destroyed good worth millions of Naira.
Some of the traders who came to see what they could salvage said, efforts by the fire service to put the inferno under control yielded little result.

They also called on the government to assist them in whatever way.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
The market, known for its hustle and bustle is now a shadow of itself.
