NIGER STATE

The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, says flood victims will not be left out in the provision of adequate farm inputs to boost agriculture.

The Director General of the Agency, Zubaida Umar, represented by the Director of Planning, Research and Forecasting, Onimode Bandele, said this in the Niger state capital while handing over 68,087 litres of liquid gel fertilizer to farmers in Niger State.

The fertilizer is Niger State’s part of the National Food Security Council’s Emergency Agricultural Intervention, NFSC-EEAI, for states affected by the 2018 floods.
