Former President of the Senate, David Mark buries son

Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom joined other political and religious leaders across Nigeria to pay glowing tributes to Tunde Jonathan Mark, the late son of former President of the Senate, David Mark.

Governor Ortom who spoke during the Requiem Mass at the private residence of Senator Mark in Otukpo described the deceased as a unifier and bridge builder who touched lives positively and will be greatly missed.

It was a solemn moment in Otukpo, Benue State, North-Central Nigeria for not just the David Mark family but the entire Idoma nation, people and Government of the State at the requiem mass in honour of the late Tunde Jonathan Mark.

One of the sons of former President of the Senate President, David Mark Junior takes the burden to read his father’s tribute which described the late Tunde as a bond that kept the family together.

Tunde Jonathan Mark first passed on October 21 at the age of 51 when he lost the battle with cancer in a London hospital.
