Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has said elected officials who demonstrate exemplary leadership while in office should be commended and appreciated.
Atiku stated this when he joined the State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri at the commissioning of the first ever overhead bridge in Yola, Adamawa State capital.

The bridge was constructed by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri’s administration as part of activities to celebrate two years in office.
The project is one of the urban renewal campaigns of the Fintiri government aimed at easing traffic situation in the State.
Dignitaries at the event commented the efforts of Gov. Fintiri in the last two years.
The slogan of the second anniversary of the Ahmadu Fintiri administration is, “no one is left behind, and nothing is left untouched.”
