Gunmen on Sunday kidnapped four Reverend Sisters of the Catholic Church along the notorious Okigwe-Enugu Road on their way to morning mass
They are Johannes Nwodo, Christabel Echemazu, Liberata Mbamalu and Benita Agu.
A statement issued by The Sisters Of Jesus The Saviour (Generalate) obtained ait.live says they were abducted at the Okigwe-Umulolo area of the Expressway.

The road has been the axis for a number Of recent of kidnappings including the high profile abduction of the outgoing Primate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, numerous Catholic priests and conventional travellers.
Last week, a Catholic priest, Revd Fr Chinedu Nwadike was kidnapped along on the road held for two days and later released.
