About 2,000 indigent patients benefitted from free medical surgeries organized by a Non-Governmental Organization in Kwantagora.
The week-long exercise, which attracted beneficiaries from different parts of the country, was held at the Kwantagora General Hospital.

Patients were treated of major ailments like hernia, goitres as well as eye surgeries among others.
Beneficiaries said many of them lived with the ailments for years, citing financial constraints.
Dr Tots Dogo led the team of 18 medical doctors from the Kaduna based Non-Governmental organization for the exercise.
The outreach was fulfilling for the organizers; helping many less privileged citizens.
It’s the second phase of the exercise in 2021 with about 4,000 patients benefiting from exercise.
The first phase was in June.
