Freedunamis5 group has accused the Department of state security, DSS of failing to release the five young activists wearing #BuhariMustGo Tshirts while attending Dunamis church Sunday’s service in Abuja on 4th July, five days after meeting up to the bail conditions.
The group said the delay by the security operatives to obey the court order shows a clear indication that it has no regard for the law and explained that to date, the DSS has denied the detained youths access to their families, medical care, and their legal representatives.
The activists also accused the senior pastor of the Dunamis church, Paul Enenche of allegedly conniving with the DSS Not to release the detained youths even after the court order.

The family members of One of the detained Dunamis5, who is also visually impaired, Samuel Iwatannaye urged the senior pastor of Dunamis, Paul Enenche to intervened to quicken the release of their son and others from the DSS custody.
Samuel Gabriel, who also plays the saxophone in churches as a means of survival, was said to be blind while in secondary school 7 years ago due to an eye disease known as glaucoma.
