Lagos residents are expressing their disappointment over the continued unavailability of Premium Motor Spirit popularly known as petrol, despite promises by government to end the present fuel scarcity.

The residents while expressing their pains said they now spend far beyond their purchasing powers at greater risk, even as the Nigerian midstream and downstream petroleum regulatory authority who monitored some filling stations in Lagos Friday warned against hoarding of the product.
