Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governors Forum and Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal has visited his Benue State counterpart, Governor Samuel Ortom to seek ways of ending the prolonged post-convention crisis in the party.
Tambuwal who described the party’s internal crisis as a political disagreement and not a war of attrition noted that the party will come out stronger.
Chairman of the PDP Governors Forum who heads the Atiku Abubakar National Campaign Management Committee as Director-General will also have to visit the other aggrieved party members. This follows the recommendation by his host, Governor Ortom.

Tambuwal is on a mission to basically ensure that the PDP Governors and other aggrieved party members reunite as one family ahead of the 2023 general elections.
