Ghana Election: New Patriotic Party Presidential Candidate Mohamudu Bawumia Condedes Defeat, Congratulates Winners

GHANA

Candidates of the New Patriotic Party, NPP, and Incumbent Vice President, Mohamudu Bawumia, has conceded Defeat in Ghana’s Presidential Election held on Saturday.

Bawumia is conceding defeat even before the start of collation of Presidential Election by the Ghana Electoral Commission EC.

Bawunia assures his supporters that the party will regroup and come back stronger

He Congratulated all MPs who won their election and thanked all those who voted and those who didn’t vote for him.

He also Commends the security agents and the media for their excellent reportage even as he promised to support the new government.

Meanwhile the NDC headquarters in Accra has been thrown into jubilation as the NPP candidate Mohamudu Bawumia concedes Defeat.

NDC election situation told ait.live that final declaration of the Presidential Election result from the Election Commission is being awaited.
