Gombe state governor Inuwa Yahaya says the state government would carry the people along in its quest for development of the state as the state government is ready to cater for people affected by projects to mitigate their losses and inconveniences.
The state governor disclosed this during the distribution of cheques to three hundred and forty three property owners affected by ongoing erosion projects spanning several communities in Gombe metropolis

For some time they had to grapple with the effects of erosion on lives of people in their Communities.
Thus the state government had began series of rehabilitation projects to correct the effects of erosion and bring some form of development
The project coordinator while giving insight on the project said for the people affected, the state government will bring succour to them
