The Gombe State Independent Electoral Commission has announced December 19, 2020, for the Local Government Elections in all the 11 Local Government Areas of the State.
The Chairman of GOSIEC Alh Saidu Awak disclosed this while outlining a road map for the activities leading to the Local Government Elections.
While GOSIEC assured a level playing field; the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) has pointed out some issues for the State Electoral body to resolve ahead of the local government elections.
